is it possible to edit the profile of a curved wall in revit 2013?

We have never been able to do that and it would still seem to be true.

If you want it sloped, you can draw a reference plane in elevation/section, and attach the top of the wall to the reference plane.
Otherwise, you can still use wall openings, although that limits you to rectangular voids.
Finally, you could make and cut the wall with your own custom modeled-in-place voids.

Even better. Create an "Extruded Roof" (really thin) above or below the wall and attach the wall top or bottom to the roof.
You can even make the roof profile a spline.
Then hide the roof.
