I am newish to Revit and I am trying to create a door schedule for a residence. The schedule is listing all 22 doors but most of them are the same door type. I want the schedule to list a door referance once and count out how many there are.

EX:

D | C |   W   |   H   | (Not necessarily in this order, this is just an example of what I want)

A | 1 | 3'-0"| 6'-8"|

B | 4 | 2'-8"| 6'-8"|

C | 3 | 2'-6"| 6'-8"|

How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

How about Unchecking the "Itemize every instance" option  as attached ?
