I just came across this issue. In revit architecture 2013, objects with transparency override won't be printed to pdf properly from any floor plans. For example, to override a slab with 100% transparency in a floor plan view, when going print to pdf or even export to dwg, the slab just turns opaque. if there are walls under it, you won't be able to see the walls in the pdf/ dwg. But this doesn't happen to other views like elevations/ sections/ 3d etc. please see the attached image for details. this never happened in 2012. guess it may have something to do with the new surface transparency feature in graphic override setting.

Can anyone give that a try on your own computer to see if that happens to you as well? if so, i guess we will have to wait for the hotfix to come which is a little frustrating.

Yes I have that problem also.  You could just hide the object in that view.
