I cannot see the vertical conduit in plan view. I know it is possible because there is another model that I've worked in that it was visible. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? I have attached screen shots.

Check your visability settings under your sheet properties and also make sure you dont have that category hidden.

I found the solution. Thank you for your help teafoe, but I could not find the answer I was looking for. In the electrical setting, in MEP settings, under rise drop, in the conduit setting, i had to change the two line symbology.
