Hi,

In Revit Massing is it possible to control the mass floor shape so that the generated mass floors have a minimum height clearance above to the top of the mass (say 2400mm). It takes a bit of tidying up (changing the floor sketch/outline) so that it's practical after creating mass floors for a sloped mass.

I don't really understand what you are trying to achieve.  Can you attach an image and try to elaborate..

Hi,

See attached picture. Hopefully that clears it up a bit.

The question is whether there is a way to control the extent of the 'mass floors' so that they don't just fill the entire mass within that level range, but takes into account the resultant ceiling height/clearance?

In the attached picture, for example, the right ends of the floor plates would need to be trimmed back to the left a bit to include only the usable (acceptable ceiling height/clearance) area.
