I am trying to create a foundation plan. I drew my monolithic footing (slab profile), I can see it in the 3d model, how can I see my foundation plan so I can see one of the lines in the foothing a hidden line?

I'm having the same issues - try a structural slab.

In the view go to wireframe and use the linework tool on the edges you wish to see then go back to hidden line view. The lines should remain.
Alternatively get a plan to see the footings you want to then overlay the two plans on the sheet. May be best using a RCP.
