Hello,
I am trying to create a formula to convert rise and run into an angle.
Parameters being used:
roofRise: Length: Type
roofRun: Length: Type
roofAngle: Angle: Type: '=tan(roofRise/roofRun)'
Problem is I get a message "Inconsistent Units" when it tries to calculate. Any ideas?
Thanks for you time!
-Carl

<< victim of poor geometry skills.
Thanks Steve, that was the problem all along.
Is there a reference of usable formula commands? Such a reference may have prevented my display of ignorance.
