hi all,

So for some reason I'm always the one that gets the weird revit glitches. I'm about to start adding landscape to my model but then none of my trees will place. reload nothing. go into the family and look through the different params and all but the first one only show up as a single cube on the reference plane. thats it. reinstall material library and base images, still just cubes. now its doing this for all my landscape vegetation components in all view types (hidden line, realistic, etc.) any ideas?

So i went into my type properties and there are the options "Render Appearance Properties" and "Render Appearance". When selecting render appearance there are no options available, literally a blank materials dialog box. Under  "Render Appearance Properties" a blue box appears with a link to a non existant file. HELP PLEASE!!

I have similar problems with placing a cone, there is a cone (mass) in library, but it's not letting me place it, it just changes to last used mass. And I'm probablly just going to reinstal the whole program...
