Hey,
I have created a toposurface at the building site, and now I want to create the building pad(I want to cut away the masses where the building is standing.)
I've tried using the building pad - menu, but it doesn't work the way I want too.
This is probably a newbie question...
I'm grateful for any help I can get

The pad works fine ... so what is it that you want that it doesn't do? Maybe then we can help.
