Can anybody help me, i've got this phantom elements shown in perspective view, Im using RAC2k12. Please see attached images....thanks 4 d help

Those are not phantom elements.  They are elements that you have placed or moved there.  You will need to find them and delete or move them to where they belong.

thanks for the reply, but all the elements are properly placed on correct level so there is no issue on that. graphics card no issue as well. i have autocad file links and i did  the "acquire coordinate" on the link file, i was browsing on the other revit forum and i read about this "shared" bug in RAC2K12. thanks anyway....

So you onlt gave us part of the information in your original post.  Nothing was said about shared files or acquired coordinates.  Hard to answer questions when ywe get on part of the information.
