I'm constructing a window family which I want to behave in the following manner: A yes/no parameter called "brick veneer". When this is checked, I wish the Length parameter "Interior Sill" to be 50mm. When the box is unchecked, the length parameter reduces to 0mm. Any suggestions?

Someone may know how to do this easier, but I would make two elements in the family. Have a yes/no parameter as you mentioned and the 50mm interior length is set for visability to be ON if YES and OFF if NO. Then the other element with a 0 length would be opposite (OFF if YES, ON if NO).

Yes. The formula for the length parameter would be if(brick veneer, 50, 0).

Worked like a charm... I knew a formula would do the trick (just not proficient enough to figure it out myself). Thanks Lizard
