I've created a structural column family for a unique concrete column holding up a pedestrian bridge. When I insert the family into the model at the appropriate location and elevation, the "analytical model" line runs through the model and distorts the other members as it extends much higher than the top of the actual elevation of the column. Disabling the analytical model doesn't help with the distortion. Does anyone know what I might be missing or how to alleviate this issue?

Thank you!
