Is there a way to have revit calculate the square yards for a material that is assigned to a seat? It calculates the square feet so would I change the formula and multiply it by .111?

If you are trying to schedule this, yes. If you are trying to have it report square yards in the properties window, to my knowledge, no. IN a schesule, you would simply add a calculated value field.

You might be able to change your project units. If just need it in a schedule, you can change the units in that column instead of using a calculated value.

Square yards is not an option for project units. I checked. As the schedule uses the same project settings dialog box, it won;t have square yards either. I double checked to be sure. Unless someone else has more ideas, calculated values is the only option if you need to use square yards.
