I have my keynotes set to filter by sheet and everything works great. My question is can I get the key value to show up as 1. 2. 3. 4. and so on, ILO 1 2 3 4. I would just like a decimal point after the key value.

The keynot by sheet is number automatically so I don't think you can set it.

alabaster ...you missed it.  Numbering by sheet - not keynote.

that worked to ad it to the tag, but what i am looking for is the progated legend list to have the period after the number. the tag is fine without it.  Just want it to follow suite with the way we label our general notes.

1.    aluminum window

2.    curtain wall sys

etc

rather than

1    aluminum window

2    curtain wall sys

etc
