I've been working on a number of our families and find that often, though not always, when I choose the Compact file upon saving, that the family filesize gets larger. Sometimes a second compactng makes it larger again! And of course, sometimes compacting it makes it smaller. After I compact and try to save again, the Compact File box is still available, as if it hadn't already been compacted. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I was working with very simple diffuser families that use type catalogs, so the families are quite lean to begin with.
