Why can't I align the edge mullion at the top? What am I doing  wrong, how to fix this?

Mullions are placed by grid lines and CW edge.  Not sure what is happening here.

  • Is the curtainwall shape sketched?
  • Do you have mullions or a different mullion here that is defined with the profile offset from the placement?
  • Is there a grid line just inside your CW perimeter (I doubt this but I've seen similar)

I started the CW by drawing a sketch of the curved shape on plan, it may not look like one but its kind of S curve. Then I placed grids and placed mullions by grids. I did not draw any profile for CW in Elevation, everything looks fine but just the edge mullion is off, I checked ifthey were different types of Mullion but they are not. Help...

I have seen a few CW's that act up... not sure why.  You may heve to delete this and start over.

Before that, look again at this in elevation - not 3D.  Window the CW and delete all mullions then pick mullion and pick all grid lines.  Now how does it look?
