we created a schedule. placed it in the sheet but it apears to have two colums when we obviously only need one... cant reduce the number of columns with usual method (dragging) it seems to have many drag points that do nothing. it also apears to have multiple overlapping scedules in the same place.... tried duplicating the schedule.... no luck.

in the process of recreating the central, doing an audit, and recreating local files.. is this a known issue I have not heard of?

Delete all schedules from the sheet and re-place it.  To rejoin columns... move the second column under the first column and they will rejoin as one.

Do you have a lot of hidden columns that might result in more lines of data if the columns were not hidden?

there are hidden colums but I have a duplicate schedule with inverse filtering that is fine... i managed to fix it by duplicating the good one and redoing the formating but I would like to know why this happened..
