How can we change the text size on the LEVELS annotations? Where is the "Edit family" botton?
Any idea?

Your drawing must be a very small scale. Too small for your text size. The level indicator is an annotation. You would have to edit this family to change the text size. But you will want a normal size for your other views.

Find level head in your project browser - right click and pick edit.
