I had a question, We are working with another Architect's base (which has 12 levels in the central file). We have a project that we are needing only 3 of the 12 levels for our portion of work. I have tried to "right click" on each level and "Save to a new file" (highlighting all three at the same time) and it starts to create it but then after about 20 minutes it crashes and give me the always popular FATAL ERROR, So, what is the best way to do this?

If there are 12 levels in the model, then there are 12 levels..... If there are 12 linked models then you could possibly do something.
This really should not matter to you if you don't have any work in the other areas.
BTW - If you mean 12 level annotations, then that is something else. Levels should be copy monitored and you then turn off the levels you don't want on from the linked model in VG.
