Hello My name is Ryan and I work at a MEP firm in VA. We have received our first revit model from an architect. The problem we are having is the toilets, sinks, etc. are not separate entities but are attached to the floor plan. For instance if I try to select one it picks the whole floor plan as if it is a block. Is there any setting in Revit that I can change to allow me select these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you will have to copy monitor the architects fixtures if you want to connect to them.
