good day every one,
we are working on a hotel project, i am trying to group several items in on room so i can make instance of it with the ability to change in the future,
the problem is, when I try to apply the group command on the selected items (walls, families) it doesn't work, items remain individually selected but with a group tag on them, and when you press the group tag, it simply disappear,
what's wrong ?
thx in advance.

We had a similar issue with a unit development we were doing in Revit 2012.
However the group tag which appeared (when selecting one element within a model group as shown in your attached screenshot) was specifically to "Exclude element from the group", not edit the group as such.
Perhaps try drawing a box select around that bathroom/ensuite area, then filter and un-tick any additional items (other than the model group) and edit group from there?
