When ever i want to create a new floor or ceiling i select a current one, duplicate it rename it, and edit the newly created floor. The problem is when I select the floor or ceiling and go into the edit type and change the finish surface pattern it applies the new surface pattern to all of my other floors and ceilings even though they are named differently. Im sure its an easy fix but Im stumped. Help please.
thanks

This is not a floor type property - it is a material property. Add a different material to your new floor type.
