I have casework components I am working with and I am having a problem figuring out exactly which one I am using because the component preview, in the properties box, is rotated to show the back corner of the 3d preview. Is there a way to rotate this preview? I opened the family and tried rotating the 3d viewand resaving it, resaving it and reloading it in the project, I checked to make sure the front of the casework was actually labeled as the front, and everything seems to be correct. I am not sure why the default 3d preview would show me the back corner of it.

So my question is how can I rotate that view and have it show me the front of it? I attached a snip of the properties preview I am talking about to let you know what I am talking about. I'm not sure if you realize this, but under counter casework, when viewed from the back corner, all look alike! :-) Thanks in advance for your help.

This is something stupid that Revit has always had.  The front back in the family is backwards.  Sorry, but I have learned to live with it since you can't change it unless you change all your families.
