The stairs cannot be 800mm. Why?
If I try to change it manually it gives the same error:

Try making the steps outside the model and move it into the right place. sometimes that hels get things into shape. also, have you tried 799 or 801 mm? is it still a problem? if so, it has something to do with the way your trying to make the 800mm width. (something the computer uses to make the stepped extrusion gets messed up) (this happens to me somtimes when I try to make things the wrong way using the extrusion tools...) in the one video I saw you move the line towards the center, maybe try to make it wider from the outside. lastly, try to make it in two stairs sets...maybe you'll have an easier time.
