I have a problem in that certain section markers are not visible in plan views of most levels.
As it happens all east-west setion markers are visible in all plan views within their range but north-south section markers can only be seen in plan view of one of the levels and in the perpendicular section views.
The range of the sections extends through about 6 levels and the level where they are visible is not even the level the sections were drawn in....
edit:
I have discovered that the section markers reappear when the plan view's scale is changed to 1:100 or 1:50 (unfortunately I need it to be at 1:200). At 1:500 or more ALL section markers disappear..

Each section has a property for "hide at scales coarser than"... simply change it to what you need it to be.
