Hello,

My question is how can I create a schedule that will let me get the totatl of the  (linear footage x $ = ????).

I would like to have a total amount of linear footage for a particular family. I am creating channels that are 10' and 20' in length.

With these pieces I will used a couple of piece and cut them up to do some structure. Now I have them in different families and

I do see them in my schedules with the cost, type and something i created Cost PLF. But i am not getting the total or any dollar figure.

Just a length.

the formula I thought I can use is -----------Length*1.32=???

but I only get the length...

any help would be appreciate.

BTW I am using Revit Structure 2012...

Sounds like a units issue.  Try dividing your length by 1' in the formula so that the feet cancel out.  I'm assuming here that 1.32 is $1.32,  so your formula would be = (length/1') * 1.32
