Have created a window family complete with brick soldier header and brick sill. I have it cut into a wall thicker than the window family. How can I create a sloped interior sill into the wall.  have tried to create a void extrusion in the window family but the void does not cut the wall. I have also tried to extrude a block at the sill larger than the slope then  install a void extrusion into it, again will not do it. Finally tried to cut the geometry of the wall for the sloped sill using a void extrusion and selcting cut in the geometry section and it only allows one cut in the wall . I need the sloped sill to also change with the varying thicknesses of walls

Any suggestions? I am out of answers.

You can place the void in the family but you have to delete the stock opening cut. Revit does not allow both.

Use two voids.  One to cut all the way through and another to cut the interior sill.  Make sure to cut the wall before finishing the void.  If you have already created solids in the family, revit will think you want to cut those.  To overcome that problem, make a simple void out of the window area and set it to cut the host.  Once that works, edit that void geometry to what you really need.
