Our office tyipcally shows the ceiling tag symbol in our Ceiling Finish Schedule. This would consist of a type mark (1, 2, 3, etc) within a diamond shape. Does Revit allow this kind of schedule customization and if so do you have any thoughts on how to achieve this? Thanks!

You can create a legend with your symbology and overlay it on a sheet (easier to manipulate once placed on the sheet). Just hope your schedule does not change. A little clunky but it would work.
