I have a structural model linked into my architectural plans.  The problem that occurs is in section views there are some colored wide reference type lines that show up with my linked model.  See attached image.  They appear when I change the Visibility Graphics of the Model Categories of my linked structural model to Custom, which I need to do to control some of the structural items in my views.  They are associated with the structural framing and the floor categories because when I turn those off through the linked model Visiblity Graphics, the wide colored lines turn off.  When I go into my linked structural model I don't see these lines, therefore not sure how to get rid of them.  Is it something in the actual floor or framing component that needs to be turned off?

Not completely sure but it is probably a line in the framing member like an analytical line or representation line of some type.

It's been a while since I last used Structure, but those look like analytical lines. There will be a subcategory for them in each structural category.
