So I am currently using Revit Structure and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why all my beams and joists are showing up as different lengths when I go to print it off. All my Joists are exactly the same type, length and have the same starting point, yet they show up differently.

Thanks

Michael

so you mean to say that it looks good on your screen, but it prints badly? that would be a printer driver problem imho. Try making a PDF file or something first. then print from acrobat reader...

no, I apologize I was unclear. It has never looked good. I can not get the lines to all match up, yet the bar joists are in the exact same spot in the 3D view. Both the screenshot and the prints look uneven

Then I think that you have some geometries that are joined properly and some not so properly joined. sometimes I get this if I try to make two walls that have to be really close together. but stay unjoined....it auto joins and then I cant unjoin it without messing around a lot!

try unjoining all of it, then rejoining it in a rational pattern, this might help. if no, then Im lost too. :-)

-michael.

ps. you might want to upload the revit file, someone might play with it and touch it up, then let you know how to do it too.
