Just curious.  Where does revit take its line weights from for scales that are not specified?

In Revit 2012:

Manage > Additional Settings > Line Weights > Annotation Line Weights

"Annotation line weights control line widths for objects like sections and dimensions. They are independant of view scale and projection method."

Hope this helps.
