Hey guys just a quick question. As you can see I have joined two roofs together but when I do fascia and gutter it goes

all the way through when it souldnt and doesnt join the gutters. I have tried changing the larger roofs outline to break it

but when I do that it says it can't join the roofs.

easiest solution would be to build that as one roof.

When I do that then the ridge is wrong thats all.

also is there a way to demolish part of a roof like if I was doing an extension I usually just demolish the whole roof and

do the whole thing as new.

Fascia and gutters have grips like in CAD.  IF you meet two perpendicular grips the geometry will join.  You can use voids to demo sections of roof.  Sometimes with roofs like that I will draw model lines where the valley is and change the sketch lines to follow the valleys.

As alterego says ... do this as one roof.  That is the better solution then using the grips.  Here is a post that shows you a similar roof and how you can do it without having the ridge problem you speak of.  Look at my post in this thread.
