I am working on a project that will have existing construction, demolition, and new construction. The issue I am having is that in the properties window only allows me to show either existing or new construction, not both at the same time in the same view. We will be doing some renderings and I've noticed that when I render if a phase is inactive it wont render correctly. I am working in Revit Architecture 2012

If your view, phase properties is set to new and the phase filter is set to show all, then you will see everything. But if the view phase is set to existing, then you will not see the new when show all is selected.
