I want to subdivide my Revit building model including its components in many segments. These segments will be carried out one after another in the reality. How can I do that without need to subdivide every component (walls, ceilings....) ?

Are you doing this for construction purpose? It sounds as though you are talking about phasing.. if you are this link may be useful

It sounds like your looking for 4D BIM. Sequencing the portions of your model. You can do this in Revit but it does take extra work. I believe NavisWorks may do this better but we don't use it.
Search the web for 4D BIM to learn more about how others may be doing this.
