I have created my 2d line based component with the revit family...I used the Vertical lines for the look I needed in Plan Details,
Now i need to show the same component in Wall section but need the region to rotate with the component.

Sorry but your question is unclear.
I take it that this is a 2D detail component - correct? If so, then you can use it in any view and rotate it as you choose. If this component has a fill pattern in it, then you need to understand Revit fill patterns. I suggest you read this topic "Fill Pattern Host Orientation" for drafting patterns.
If it is something else, then be more descriptive of your problem.
