I did a search first but did not find a solution to this situation...

A current design-build project has multiple phases. We have submitted the phase 1 work. As we progress into phase 2 and 3 I would like to utilizes the same title sheet but grey out the phase 1 sheets. Rather than do a revision cloud, since its possible that this project could be upto 7 phases.

I know where to change the appearance of the text but i'm not sure if its possible to independently edit the sheets in the list.

My first post but I've been lurking around here for about 4 years. Revitcity has been an awesome resource for me and my co-workers.

If you filter your sheets by phase and use seperate schedules, you could assign text to previous phase schedules that is colored so that it prints lighter.
