I had some serious issues attemtping to download files here but I finally figured what works for me and thought Id share by ignorance and subsequent solution. 

My Issue : Downloading the Zip Files would not allow me to extract the files. Also downloading individually I could not get past the familiar page below and additional my browser opened up the incoherent text file. 

It took me awhile to figure out to right click on the actual "Click Here" to download link. Clicking on the file, the picture, the add to cart, any of those links in the previous screen did not work. Apparently the big Orange Click Here was not enough of a clue. 

Perhaps I am in the wrong field. Hope this does not happen to the rest of my fellow newbies. 

If your download does not begin in 15 seconds, Click Here to download.

If your browser is opening the file up as a text file, right click the link and select "Save Target As" (or similarily worded).
