I am experienmceing a strange issue with a 2012 Revit model. When there are two users, the second user (always the same person) will get the "Revit Central Model is being accessed" repeatedly and almost constantly. This happens with such regularity that it is almost mpossible for him to work on the file.

Has anyone experience this? Is there a hardware issue specific to his machine? We've tried other users (different machines), and havent been ablw to re-create the issue. We've also had him create a new local file, and it continues. The error seems to be specific to him.

sounds like a network issue. I had this issue on a cloud setup before because Revit does not recognize drive letters, everything had to me mapped through IP addresses. Do you have an odd network setup or is it a standard server routed to workstations via a switch?
