Hi all, 

I have a problem with a Drawing Sheet Schedule. I have sheets A-908, A-909, A-911 through A-915 showing up in my drawing list schedule but they are not even in the project browser? I'm unsure if someone has made these sheets at some point but they have now been removed but Revit is still scheduling them. Any ideas on how I can remove the sheets displaying in the schedule.

I believe you can turn off what sheets you want to show in your sheet index by doing the following.

• Click the sheet in your browser.
• Scroll down in the Properties window.
• Un-check the box titled "Appears in Sheet List

I believe you may have placeholder sheets there.  Read this topic in your HELP:

Adding Placeholder Sheets to a Sheet List 

Just delete the row in your schedule.
