Using Revit 2012, when I split a section, my windows no longer show up in section, only the voids are left.  Is there a view setting or visual style that needs to be changed to allow for windows to be cut in a split section?

Scale is set to 1/4" = 1'-0" and detail level is "Fine".  Cryingnote, same issue holds for medum and course detail levels)

Is any one else experiancing this issue?

Thanks,

I don't have any problem, put some screenshots so we can see what are you talking about.

Ty - I believe he means that when the split goes through the window, it disappears.

If the above is the broblem, then it must be a family issue.  I don't know what windows you are using but the stock Revit windows do not have this problem.

Thanks guys, this issue occurs when you stagger the section line, ie. when I split it, and move one half say south 10 feet in order to hit a window on one side of the building, and a door opening on another with a singular section.

We are using Marvin Impervia Windows, downloaded direct from their website.  Its possible it is their windows, I will try the standard Revit Stock windows as well.

As well as upload screen shots

Thanks,
