hi, im making a modern home right now and a good looking glass baluster/railing like the one in the picture would be PERFECT. someone please help me make this!

To create the "Glass", use a "model In-Place" Family with a "Solid Sweep", you can create the Rail with the rail tool.

@typhoon, im still rather inexperienced with modeling but im starting to get a hang of it, ill definately give it a shot. thanks!
@mbsteve, are you saying just make the rail extend to the tread of the stair?

make a profile, for rails make it the correct height and thickness, material glass

Very nice troy, I have designed those structurally, although the curved glass will be spendy. You might think of using lexan or something like that for the glazing. I think it will be much cheaper to roll.
This stairs was anaylised using finite element technique.
