Does ArchVision have a lock on the ability to add any RPC content to Revit? I'm running 2011 and have other content I'd like to add (old Piranesi files), but when I try to edit the type properties and then the render appearance of any object, it brings me to the watermarked ArchVision content I downloaded some time ago.
The process of adding any of this content is mind-boggling. Even through the Revit/ArchVision proprietary setup, it was a pain and is still not as efficient as it should be! Please help, as this all-inclusive software is losing its appeal to the higher-ups in the office with our inability to even use the rendering tool easily (the Autodesk help does not offer a definitive solution). If it weren't for RevitCity, we would already be back using CAD, so thanks in advance.

Thank you Typhoon, but I've gone through the process of using the ArchVision RPC content. The issue is trying to use RPC content that is NOT from that company. When I try to map any additional rendering materials onto my hard drive or network drive, when I try to change the rendering appearance of a family, none of the new images show up. I didn't know if it was a proprietary issue or just typical user error.
