Our office has had office for a little while and as cad manager my goal is to get our offfice up an running on Revit for as many projects as possible. What I'm look for is ideas to help me set up an implemtation plan for revit. I'd like to see what to look out for from others who have gone through this experience. Items I'm curious about what kind of standards are recomended for dealing with putting families on networks for example, any pitfalls I should be aware of in guideing an AutoCad users into revit. Any resouces would be helpful.

There have been many good posts on this subject over the years but I can't remember all that was posted. So for a start, I suggest you please search the forums. Start with the word "implementation",
