First, are you using a reflected ceiling plan, not a floor plan?

Do you have ceilings on in VG?

Did you assign a grid pattern to your ceiling type?

You have the correct material assigned to your ceiling?

You don't have any over-rides or worksets or phases?

Your view range in your RCP is set so that your ceiling is included?

Try this - create a new RCP. - Don't use any View template.

View tab, plan view pull down - pick Reflected ceiling plan, then pick your level.
