Vent first, I hate the fact that Revit is a program that is not at all user friendly and tries poorly to do the thinking for us. Ttying to lean a new program can be a task already but having to trick this POS all the time into making things work is a eating at me.

My problem.

First, my L shaped footings are coming up with double hidden lines on each side that end up looking like a solid line most of the time.

Second, the footing intersections with other footings and pad footings are not clean. How do i make the intersecting lines disappear?

Thanks in advance!!

Can you post a screenshot? Check the drawing scale and detail level. For footings to clean up automatically, they have to be placed on the same level.

I have the same problem with double hidden lines looking like solid lines.  This tends to happen when footings intersect with different thicknesses.

In the VG under Structural Foundations uncheck 'hidden'. See if this will work for you
