I would like to make a sloping sidewalk. but also the end is on a curve.

Does it need to be modeled?
For most site items like pavements and sidewalks, we just spit the topo face and assign conctete. Especially if these areas are not flat. For flat sites, we use a slab.
If your sidewals slope in only one direction and are constant, you could use a slab. Oterwise, the siteworks add-in would help but this is very hard in native Revit.
