I cant seem to find the anwer to this anywhere so i figured id give it a shot here
is there some way to schedule certain areas names using conditional statements, i.e. If the area is between say 450 - 550 SF its a called a studio, 600 - 750 its called a 1 bedroom and so on? this would pretty helpful. Thanks!

No, there are no text formulas in Revit. In addition, room names can not contain a formula.
