Can Revit do this - if so how?

I would like to have my isolated footings in their Fotting Schedule (yes Revit does this).

But I would like to say I have this size footing (ie. 3'x3'x1'4) and I want this reinforcing in it and it will model it in sections (if I cut a section) and also put it in the footing schedule.

Is there a way of doing this in Revit?  but will it make my Revit file way too big - am I trying to model too much?

(It just seems like one day we will be modeling everything anyway and then doing the shop drawings in house.)
