HOW ARE THE CUSTOM RAILINGS CREATED? I SAW SOMEONE WITH RAILING THAT LOOKED LIKE COLUMNS....THE ONLY RAILING THAT I SEE IS THE GENERIC TWO THAT COME WITH REVIT....THEY ARE EITHER SQUARE OR CIRCLE...HELP PLEASE

There is so much information in the HELP if you would look there. Start withe simply finding the topic called "Railings" - That will lead you to how you create different ones. Also look here: http://revit.autodesk.com/library/html/index.html

Also google Phil Read Stairs, he has some available tutorials on advise on how to go about creating custom stairs and railings. very helpful
