Hi all friends:

Can anyone confirm this spec as latest and greatest before i make my purchase

-intel i7 QUAD CORE 2600 3.4ghz 64bit (why not AMD?) (how about 6 cores??)

-2x4gb DDR3 kingston RAM (could more RAM help??)

-22" samsung monitor ? (can I do with something cheaper?)

-1tb hard drive

-nvidia GTX560 video card

-*advice on cooling systems?

-DVD \blueray CD dive....

-and some other usual stuff. power supply etc....

-Nespresso machine.. (kidding...!)

My purposes: I do lots of rendering with the system and plans as per ususal...

buy all the Ram you can afford. it won't be wasted.

Beware warned!!

you can buy the greatest system in the world and poor project modelling/workflow and over modelled families will make you think you have an XT or AT machine.

When dealing with Revit, the computer system is not the only thing that needs to be the BEST, so do the PRACTICES

what about the rest of the specs...?

If I get a DELL package that includes this stuff?

i prefer 3 year warrenties of course rather than custom built PC that has bits of warrenty buult in...
